Hello guys

I have decidied to make my own Tyrolean mix this is what I have come up with. I cannot get hold of cullamix I want where I live unfortunatley.

The substrate is an exisitng render, with good suction, The surface has been repaired and the purpose of the Trolean is to cover up some of the repairs I know it wont be the perfect cover up.

Bascially I just need something that sticks like s**t and is fairly durable to the weather.

Would I be better off losing the lime and putting in a plasticiser/waterproofer?

Using the standard mix 4:1:1

or going for the Sbr mix

4 silver sand / 1 cement / 1 Lime

Or

4 silver sand / 1 cement / Sbr 1:1 in grading water

Thanks

Tried a few small patches with a gyro gun The suction on the render is high. After 72 hours my mix is powdery and it doesn't adhered to the wall very well, any suggestions?

Wet the surface before you spray it and lightly mist the tryo last thing
