depends on the job ..... I hate it when people give it all the I lay 50 m2 per set no matter what the job is.

b*ll***s !

nah rich is right, you cant say how much. especially domestic. it can be a right b itch sometimes.

3 bags initial then a bag to top off with ,prob 35-40 m2 .But once its on and under control one could get the next batch on.while the others troweling up.

Can twice as much be done with a machine? Saw a vid on you tube of that happening but just wondered if it is really that much quicker.

not very realistic first off they make the two coat method look far slower and messy. and as for spraying onsite a different story

yes its one coat projection plaster and on site you dont get many walls like that two hits of onecoat can be a long day it needs far more ruling off three of you 150m is a good day

Both the Knauf vids are a crock of s hit the other one where there spraying at half three and playing footy at four still makes me chuckle

we usually let the lab spray and two spreads doing the finishing and bagging the pump

were doing the mp75 at mo and were starting spraying about 8.15 and start the second spray by 12.30. all finished by 4.30 with 140m2 on the wall. it all depends if you have got a good system going. theres 3 of us . That new spat makes a lot of difference as well. but if you aint got a system then you could be there until 7pm with only a 100m2 on the wall. That vid dont prove a thing, 5 blokes only doing 40m2 of hardwall in a day. i dont think so. used to do that on my own including mixing but nearly killed me after 3 weeks of it. all that vid proves is machines are quicker. Take friday morning, we stated about 8 by 9.30 there was around 80m2 0n the walls. in the van and going home by 1 after setting up for monday morning.
