Alright lads,
Went to look at a bungalow today where a textured finished ( i think its a polymer based, high clad or something similar) has bubbled away from the substrate quite badly in a lot of areas. - The property has the old lime render that has been 'sealed' by the coating and so has trappped a load of damp behind it
The old boy made it quite clear he wanted a 'proper job' doing so I suggested we hack off ALL the render back to brick and re-render the entire house !
'Smashing' he said, wasnt interested in a patch job so I've just got to price it all up now
One question - OCR or S&C ?? - Ive never used OCR but have several guys I can use that have, I just fancied a change
