Thistle bond it or febond blue grit

has anyone got any feedback on the febond blue grit havent used this one yet and wonder if there is any pitfalls or recommendations on this ?

Blue grit same consistency as bond it ,over half the price,if they were the same price I would use bond it tho

If you can get hold of knauf Betakontakt then that is a very good all rounder.
microgobetis is also very good.
i like Plasprime also compared to blue grit or Bondit.

Thanks, i will be giving it a go next week it was the price difference that appeals, but didnt want it stuck on the shelf its got problems, so nice one superspread

wickes do a textured bonding agent which is made by knauf it only comes in small tubs for about £15 if its just for a small job and it dries relatively quickly

Just used plasprime on a big artex kitchen ceiling. This worked a treat. This was after I used pva on same ceiling and all the plaster came off.
