sadly the way this country is at the moment, theres plenty in that postion and more heading that way before things get any better, its part of the problem with the domestic market at present, as we all know :RpS_crying:.
plenty of customers and BUILDERS are quite happy to pay cash in hand these days.

Its amazin how people say "my mate said he would do it for £x" but they still ask you to do they quote. I am new to all this domestic plastering but im not new to standing my ground once a price is set. I have come across this too many times before in many walks of life.

I emailed him the other day bod saying i had a price of £150 to skim a 4x4 room with thick Stipple artex ceiling, i said if you can beat that price the job is yours hahahahahahahaha
