When spraying straight on to concrete block can you get away with one pass over 15mm beads or is it a no no, I always two pass when hand applying but using my machine for the first time next week so just after bit of advice cheers .
 
We haven't been doing it long either by machine. We do around 3 meters along the scaffold lift then go back over it quickly before ruling off. Seems to work for us

We had a small area the other day to do just to finish off a house it was only around 10m2 so we thought we'd knock up by paddle mixer and trowel it on. 2 buckets in and realised that was a bad decision!

You just can't beat the putzmeister!
 
I can't wait to have a go I'm gonna have a little blast on some block walls in my brothers garden the weekend just to practice setting up and getting mix right ect.. i have an electric 3 phase I have has training when I picked it up but by the time I was on the m5 i forgot lol
 
Iv not tried an electric one only at weber training place. When we first got our machine out we didn't have a clue even tho some guy spend best part of a day showing us how to use it but we soon got the hang of it
