I've just spent nearly 40 grand on my house, not really got the funds to be throwing at the garden but that's what she wants.
Was that just a refurb or did it include an extension ?
I was hoping to build an extension next year for a maximum of that hopefully less though lol

Downstairs refurb, went ott with it. That includes new windows, doors and bifolds.
