Sweet Tooth

In the day I eat fairly healthily... but from about 10pm I eat sweets and chocolate and biscuits and generally anything I can get my hands on.

A few years back I was eating a tin of quality street a night and did that every night for months...

I am not as bad now but still bosh 7 or 8 packets of biscuits a week.

Well I got recommended Chromium and it's a holland and barrett supplement and it is meant to curb your sweet craving... I take it at night and I dont bother with anything now.... been doing this for a few weeks and all seems well :D

A Tin of quality street a night.... how are you not a diabetic with that kind of sugar intake. I’m a bugger for haribo and chocolate but within moderation, and I don’t really drink now so it balances out for me.

Like most things in quantity it does you over eventually with your health.mine was drink in my 20s, pub most nights, drinking at home etc, i packed it in overnight lost a stone felt so much better. I wasn’t over weight but my cholesteral was through the roof, now I can go weeks at a time without a pint, don’t miss it to be honest.

Creeps up. I’m 34 can take or leave drink but very often take it. Sunk a s**t load of potent cider lastnight n apparently jumped out of bed at 2am n told her to “eat my birdseye fat balls” then went n pissed in the bath tub.

Still throwing gear on few hours later tho. Only live once

It was the hang overs that got me, bulletproof in my 20’s then around 30 I started getting a thick head the next morning, I still love a social pint or 2 now and again but to sit at home drinking, i wouldn’t even entertain it these days.Mrs is a gym freak so I eat well now and adapt.

A tin of quality street a night? Mate that’s f*kd up

I'm type 1 diabetic.

I eat awful for a diabetic. I blame it on plastering. After a hard days graft all I wanna do at night is eat s**t.

I'm enjoying Easter eggs at the moment

I sometimes talk, get up etc in my sleep. Si says I look totally awake it’s scary. I once stood up, threw the covers clean off the bed (leaving him all curled up shivering and pissed off) and proceeded to look for a caterpillar like my life depended on it!
