Streaks on Render after soft wash

Hi All,

Hope you can help and provide an expert opinion on this issue. I have had render which algae stained softwashed washed with a chemical and herbicide applied to it. After it dried the streaks appeared on it (see photo attached) it is like some areas are wet and some dry patches. I contacted the company and the guy came back again, rinsed and reapplied the herbicide saying probably it was wrong dilution or hot day so it dried quickly then. Now after 2 nd wash the streaks/ patches are back again.

Does anyone know what went wrong here? Appreciate the help and if any suggestions how to fix.

It’s bleached parts and not so much other parts
reflection in window don’t help
paint it

Looks like an uneven wash. Messing with sodium hypochlorite isn’t for the inexperienced.
