No water is easy enough, but no leccy in this day and age would be a pain in the arse for us. Probably just price a DeWalt mixer and a couple of their lights into the job. Might even need a gas fire this time of year?

Ye there good..ours is loud but it's only on 4 mixing..so only on a few mins at a timethink this was 300. Probably cheaper now. Good bit of kit just loud

Aslong as it's not switched off by water company plumber will easily be able to find a feed somewhere in kitchen or bathroom will take him 2 minutes..yeah that’s the plan tomo, I’m not sure tbh. Will find out tomo

what thickness of plasterboard would be suitable on that job?weve been in ripped out skirting architrave kitchen etc, flooring. Knocked loose off walls but need to have a proper look tomo. Knocked ceilings ready for overboard etc
