If getting a ritmo is not an option, then increase your bodymovent and application technique combined with an improved skill set and material/substrate knowledge coupled with a control of atmospherics and fluid temperature also tool selection & curing times .

Have a damm hot curry the night before so the next morning once your mixed up and got a bit of movement that will make you spread quicker before you crap yourself
 
There is no trick to getting more metreage on. Preparation, preparation, preparation! Have all your gear set up. All your bags out ready. All your water on hand. Clean your tools as you go. Work out your sets in your head and see your self doing them in that order. Keep your site clean and tidy. Practice will help you get quicker but it might take a few years.
 
reason for wanting to get more on is the workload at the moment is mental got loads on 6 days 6 nights still the phones ringing
