Spray dash

Hi All

First post on this forum, but just looking for a bit of advice.

I have the mtec 300, but need to put krend silicone spray dash receiver through it.

Obviously it needs to be neat to receive the dash,but how do you guys achieve this neatness via spraying - rule it,flatten/spat it and throw, or just spray it and let the guys trowel it up??

Also will spraying affect the pick up time compared to trowelling(on insulation)?

your butter coat is gonna be 5-10 mm i would suggest a slower rotor and stator with a 8mm cap. Trowel it up with a pool trowel if you got one to leave no lines and dash away.
