got some snagging to do tommorow launched two water bottles ;D........ones a hozelock that just wants to spray a single line of water after a day and the others the blue one you can get from b+q and the water either pisses out the side or just dribbles down the bottle ???..........has any found one that still works after a week?

got mine from B&Q its a blue one think u can get them in green aswell its worked fine for about 6 months about 7 quid i think they are

same as blue one £6 works a treat..only use a tap to fill it up..with nice fresh water

cheers will that ;)........ive bought a green one instead of the blue one .....you never know ;D

I've never got on with the pump action ones mainly cos I'm forever kicking them over and they break very easily

Sounds G**, but I've always got a couple of cheap, hand action ones (the ones they spray your hair with at the 'Salon') - cost about a quid and the one I'm on at the mo I've had for 6 months and no probs.

Good for back up in case your pump-action one breaks

nothing rong with a brush other than the cost of a good quality flogger and im a scruffy t**t and always end up leaving them in a bucket of water and they are f**k*d then

anyone know a good brush softening method? half of mine end up lookin like something out of 'hair'...

Its called a club hammer with a mostache brush Segs ;) Grand give a sprayer a go ,not saying you use one instead of a brush but when you get to the point if you need to splash water about the sprayer a lot more tidy and less up and down on the hop up so it saves the sausage chips and peas , after all you spray mono and thats easyier right !!!!

it wouldnt feel right using a spray bottle, saw a fella in the summer time and he lost 2 small walls cos he was trying to use one of them bottles he was squirting the life out of them trying to bring the wall back, i'm with grand gimme a brush anyday, if you get a good quality big brush job done

Ok hang on your saying its ok to spend 4k on a machine that sprays plaster but you wont pay 7 quid on a water sprayer ;D what about when you have to wet in a ceiling or wall line a sprayer saves time and effort ........ no sale ? and you piddle in it and spray it on the wall and it sets it up quicker ;)

ive just had a brainwave!
if you need to spray the wall..why not piddle spray up the wall then it goes off quicker and you dont need a brush!
wouldnt wanna clean me trowel on me todger though... :-[

And if you catch the labourer sending a text when he should be clearing up spray him with pee, put diet lemonade in the sprayer and it slows the plaster down and you get a drink on the move saves time

i cant do it with a brush anymore ;D......im getting lazy ::).......segs not telling you how to suck eggs but pop a screw or nail in the side and hang it off the bucket .....if you keep it out of the water theyll last a bit longer

its the slip out of the water that gets in the bristles then dries.. i usually buy reasonable quality brushes but im always running em down the back edge of the trowel so they get a v in em and just end up like a feckin shavin brush after a while..
im gonna take a photo of the 'gang' tommorra youll see what i mean..
wonder if i got any shades to fit frank?

safe ......is it a pic of youre work posse?.........id take a pic of me with mine but they cant fookin stand me ;D

yeh, frank the mixer, grebo the sponge, billy and johnny the wetbrushes, dave dee dozy beaky mick and tich - the buckets, bender the straight edge not to mention... kinthing the trowel
