Completely agree, local wickes is bloody useless, will never use DIY stores again for finish, would ideally like to switch to carlite if I can find it for a little cheaper than £11 a bag.

I know what your saying but you can’t stop members of the public buying plaster! It’s only because bg got the market defiantly need some competition and the others to improve there products! Things won’t happen overnight but I’m sure the likes of make good will up there game and others click on.

No bonding in the merchants yesterday so the builder picked up some Fassa they had in. £9+vat a bag. Not used it yet but if it’s good that’s healthy competition From a reputable manufacturer

I phoned a few branches at 7.30. Got fobbed off before I found a decent c**t up north. Told me there’s loads in Isle of Skye and Shetland isles lol. No point in driving half a day for some c**t to limit me to 5 bags. I was about to hang up when he said there had just been a delivery a few miles away.
