So as part of my lean bulk diet Iv been making the same snack for work every Sunday now for 6 weeks. Flapjack with fruit nuts and protein it’s great as a mid morning snack just about the time you’d usually fancy a bacon buttie have a square of this and it sees you through until dinner.
Ingredients
Tesco value museli half bag
1 tub natural peanut butter
3/4 tub natural honey
1 bag mixed fruit and nuts
2 scoops unflavoured whey protein (optional)
3 large eggs
Mix up well spread out into tin foil lined baking tin, 25 mins in the oven on 160 let it cool for 15/20 mins slice up into snack size squares and wrap up 1 piece a day. Don’t be tempted to snack on more than 1/2 blocks a day as there’s fairly high amount of natural fats in there with all the nuts.
You’ll notice iv trowelled the top flat with my trusty 1.5 inch wooden float lol

Sounds grim but each to there own.
I prefer the trusty 2 cadburys creme eggs and a tin of redbull approach to snacking.

I.ll sort it later . Cant remember which book its in . Has to be ate in 2 or 3 days though
Off the diet for a few months to keep myself sane, I’d eat it in 2 or 3 minuets never mind months lol. Pricing some work in Barnsley at the min

Wtf is tahini and parchment paper lol
Tahini is sesame paste and gives really nice and nutty flavour. The peanut butter is more like binding agent here. You get nutty flavour from the tahini. Parchment paper is baking paper. Both available in your supermarket.
