Just switched over to sky from now tv. We were told we could keep our landline number. But we have a different number. They said sorry but it's gone and that's that. Said there is nothing they can do to resolve it. Wot can I do .wot would you do or say to them. It's going to be a real faff contacting everyone.
 
sounds like it is not sky’s problem

Edit I have no landline /wish I did not need the mobile tbh ....
