Sizing height of mixing paddle

Pulled my back just before Christmas and don't like the thought of going back and using the my current paddle (the back breaker) so so looking at a 180x negative 750mm and I'm 6ft.

Buy an M14 thread extension bar or stick your bucket on a crate ffs it’s not rocket science

How about putting the mixing bucket on something, to raise the height?
