I don't get one coating it doseent take very long to put on the second coat and it's so much easier to get a good finish and the skim used on second coat is f**k all saveing
 
i have a problem with most site agents.
most are jumped up know it all cuunts trying to get up the ladder.

my job seems to be pulling these arseholes out of the s**t most weeks.

met some cracking agents in the past.
my work never gets pulled....but they need to understand were not machines.

plastering nowadays and always has and will be fixing every other trades shite.

I only ever put one coat of skim on... my walls are perfectly flat and so are the fields on the farm next door... and another positive is that you know the joints are scrimmed cos you can see the scrim ... see.... all good
