Silicone render onto block/brick

Hi,

What bead depth are people using for basecoat thickness onto block/brick to receive silicone texture finish? 10mm or 15mm. Reason I ask is because do not want to go down the route of grinning blockwork/brick.

Most manufacturers say minimum 15mm for there render if I’m correct , I have to agree suppose if you have areas slightly shallower due to what you going over can’t be helped so crack on

i use 10mm

Depends if you ate doing a 10 or 15mm system?
