He's talking s**t about boarding it first he clearly doesn't know what he's doing on the rendering and the job needs to be right enough to warrant payment doesn't it you are well within you rights to hold payment for it till its good enoughRenderer came back yesterday and told me if I wanted a proper finish I should have had it cement borded first!!
I mean how can you say that after doing such a bad job!
After further discussion he did say he would try and and come back and go over it on the walls where there are lights, to try and build it back up, but is that even possible??
He also said if we don't pay him for the job he has done (polite way of threatening) he has every right to come and take his job back! In other words pull it all down!!
We want to pay him but surely we have the right to a decent standard of workmanship??
Any comment would be grately appreciated as we are feeling bullied by this and is isn't a nice feeling.

@bof’s mum would disagree.There's undoubtedly good tradesmen that'll do really good work on here but anyone saying their work with glancing light shining down it doesn't show things up you normally can't see are talking compleat s**t
