When handballing webber or k rend do you need to use the serrated bar . I.ve never used one and last job came up really well. ok it pissed it down all night on it and came up few different shade but hey Turkish render was invented . But I feel if it was good weather it would of been cock on and one thing I learnt from it is dont chance it with weather lol

It’ll help you get it bang on john. Ive got one of these. One of the best tools I own.
 
rule it with an edge before closing in with a spat as said,it will you a better feel of the wall aswell.
 
So put on serrated then spat . Happy days

This job I think he says go to floor as he.s having resin floor. Is this asking for trouble

Yes. You should stop at the dpc or at least 150mm up off the ground.

You will get rain water staining if you go within 150mm.
