hello all
Do any of you drive a transit semi high top?
If so has anyone got pics to show how you can kit them out
thanks

Cracking van apart from the rust spots. Ive got a raised floor for boards. Can pretty much stand up still and fit 3m coving into the bulkhead

That's handy 3 metre lengths and am 6 ft 6 so the extra height would be handy

I think it really is the luck of the draw with any van/car... for something that is made in a factory by robots they are still very inconsistent with reliability... although modern day vehicles engines are bloody good their electrics are soooo damn unreliable...

The new fords have warranty for rust and its on the vehicle not the original owner but get out clause seems to be they won't repair it until its a hole rather than spots.

That's a step in the right direction

There's a few sellers on eBay selling racking for vans. Cheaper to buy it then fuffing about with it.

Had a look at one last week, semi hitop, lwb.. About an extra 20" over swb but this one was the rear wheel drive so the height inside was pretty much the same as my SWB low roof, front wheel drive wasn't so keen for that reason do need a bigger van though..

Had 2 transits in the last 8 years they were good vans, the last one was going strong but the bodywork was giving up the ghost. Jumped ship and bought a 2011 renault master mwb and it's brilliant, satnav, bluetooth, parking sensors and ZERO rust.
