Screfix and stock

why doesn't screwfix ever have anything I want in stock?

why can't I check if my local branch has what I want?

even a five year old can see there's a glaring problem here

i been there 3 times in the last month for different stuff not all work related. Some trims for a wooden floor, some workwear and a transformer.

same for me, always after queuing for 10 mins first. Why not have them machines like argos does ?

I'm still pissed off that I can't just ring them up like anywhere else and ask have you got this? On bank holiday I had to ring this number and talk to someone about the opening times of my nearest store.

yeah they always say 'we can order that in for you', other thing is none of their staff seem to really know anything either
