Screeding over synthprufe

Hiya guys, got a floor to screed next week. The Building inspector has asked for synthaprufe to be put down before screed. My issue is, the screed to be layed ontop of the synthaprufe, due to their not being enough depth for insulation.

Can I just screed straight ontop of the synthprufe (once the top coat is blinded with sand) the following day or will I have to use a bonding agent? 90% of the screeds I do are straight onto over site or ontop of insulation.

Thanks!!

It doesn't make much difference. Before insulation became common some screeds were bonded and some not, layed on to dry synthapruf or polythene membrane.
