Got a small job to remove an outside bog and knock down walls and block off outlets. and screed over the floor. Can i just concrete the old outlet or are there some daft regs i have to follow.

should be fine mate..
only prob with this sort of thing is the reverse of it when youre installng new soil etc.. you need a vent..
bog aint a vent so just shove an old cement bag down it and a shovel of stiff concrete..

btw there wont be any membrane in the floor or owt.. dunno what its gonna be used for but bear it in mind..
