Imagine youve not been trading long enough to have books . Youd get sod all self employment grant. Then imagine your the main bread winner
My mates had this and the poor sod hasn’t long recovered from cancer, ended up having to go out on his own as he had been off for so long and now he’s got to work, no payment for
Him

Don’t worry about Dick Branston. Tbf though, too many people charge too little, so have confidence to up your rates. Continuous learning curve as with the job.

Bottomline, never leave a bad job because of money, but make sure it only happens occasionally, learn and move on.

Yes got jobs booked had people on phone all day asking if I'm still coming said yes nothing changed my end! End of day I can't be stuck in house would send me crackers bud.
Be careful mate, I can’t sit indoors on my arse either, it’s just now people are stuck at home I won’t be working in occupied domestic’s unless they piss off out all day long and leave me to it.

Who cares what he wrote. I’ve already heard the wee kunt on the TV. You can go to work if you can’t work from home. Just because you’re a lazy, work shy, excusey b*****d don’t take it out on decent people like me
There’s absolutely nothing decent about you, you bullshitting wankstain!

It’s completely different rules in jockland, only emergency repairs are to be done by trades in domestic dwellings.

You just can’t wait to get back robbing them venerable old grannies can you!

He is 100% correct though...in scotland your not supposed to be skimming mrs jones ceilings and are brealing the current law.
Well that common sense don't think you would skim a 70 year old woman ceiling in a middle of a pandemic. Lol

What is the issue of working in empty house or a empty room??
They want everyone to stay at home so no going for materials, fuel and lunch and all that stuff that goes with working. Although the house is empty you will meet folk at some point.

Yes correct. But are people going to take notice! Do people obey the law when it comes to speed limit. When idiot on the road high on drugs. I just hope when covid is over people will realise that ther other important stuff that needs attention like this virus has had!

I've printed document from gov. UK

The only one you can trust is the gov.l
I'm afraid that's not valid in Scotland.
We have devolved covid rules.

Most people know that here, but what they do if questioned is use that and say I can work.
Scot.gov is only legal rules that are valid if you live in Scotland.
Hey but im sure casper and others are taking the piss and probably know it.its in black & white.

Aye that’s probably correct. However you will also meet folk if you go out to a shop or walk a dog. But thanks for the lecture.
