Hello lads, after some advice if poss...
I’ve hacked the old render off the back of a house and scratched coated it using sand cement to flush it out prior to topping with Webber pral m, on the same property a side area of around 10-12m2 was solid so got a scabbler on it to remove the paint scored it up with grinder jet washed it and scratched it using rend-aid. Had to pull off the job due to a Steele needing to be replaced above some bifolds we are about 4 weeks on now since it was all prepped...
And I’m back to top it all this week, I was thinking I’d wet the sand cement scratch and the rend-aid prior to topping with the mono to prevent it having the life sucked out of it, I’m now wondering if maybe I should wet it all down then get the lad to go ahead of me applying sbr..
is sbr ok to use over rend-aid and to prior to monocouche with no adverse effects??
