.sand/cement render in stockport

siddall plastering need a render gang to top off rubbed up sand/cement render in stockport. couple of days work for decent 2 and 1.call graham on 07929 386 145. must be within reasonable travelling distance and fully experienced, no short course chappies

whats the "topping off" going to be? From the post I gather it is rubbed up and needs a final coat of maybe a decorative finish yeah?
