S&C render help

I've got some S&C render where the paint has come off and the render has gone powdery, what's the best way to sort it? Hack off areas of concern and re-do or is there a quicker way, cheers

Howway man, gis a link, all I'm finding is links to make up. You know the type you have on when your out with your lasses clothes on, with the little glint in your eye when your vibrating butt plug is on max.

Did anyone get any or review it yet? Also it probably needs to be reviewed 6-12 months after applying to see when it perishes
