I'm struggling to find any straight stainless steel trowel in stock at the moment round my area ordered a couple offline and sent back as they was bent so I've bought a steel marshalltown whats the best way to keep it clean and keep the rust down thabks

Dry and WD at the end of the day should stop it rusting, using it everyday will also stop rust on the face as it’s worn down

Our lovely Oli would tell you to patina it, store it wrapped in an old rag and keep some bi-carb to hand

bicarbonate of soda for cleaning and the other is coke and vinegar to build a forced patina on carbon steel to stop rusting

A bit of rust on trowel does no harm the plaster. Unlees it serious! Ha
