with the skim setup on the ritmo does this also spray anything else or just skimming ? if i bought a ritmo with a texture and plusm setup would this cover everything bar skimming basically im trying to work out if it would be worth including the skim setup
also hows the new 110v coming on is it a whole new machine or one les has tinkered with?

Spunky, a ritmo is an alright little mixerpump but it's only for little jobs or thin material placement, when you need to get gear on thick and fast it don't compare with a 3 phase mixerpump. It is nice now and then to plug into mains and have a nice little pump but they are a lot slower and don't have the grunt of their big 3 phase brothers. I've got my hands over my ears ready for the boys to start shouting at me!

not at all fair play mate the truth hurts but it has to come out problem is i reckon the only way i could merit owning a machine would be using it for everything

Spunk plus m is the basic machine you buy. it is a ritmo with built in compressor. This one machine will spray anything. You can mix the skim urself and spray it and it will spray topcoats that need trowelling after.
The machine requires a few additional pieces to mix and pump skim and again a few other additions to spray topcoats as a finished product that require no trowelling.
The 110v has the same capabilities as the 240 and its the same machine.
If you buy a skim set up machine it will only be set up for skim until you retrofit the plus m set up to it.
The ritmo does not have the same power as a 3 phase machine but is still much much quicker than hand application. A 3 phase is more powerful but does not have the scope of applications a ritmo does. Its a trade off

You can still put things on by hand, just because you have a machine sometimes it's less hassle, the pump works for you not the other way around. They don't make the perfect mixer pump but G4 and Ritmo M are close.

whats changed in the 110v world i didnt know they were spraying renders also would you go off 110v site supply or would you feel more comfy going off a 5 kva rated genny or transformer

The motor has been upgraded to a 1.5hp motor. it was tested on a 3kva transformer. i would be pretty comfortable going of the site power. Myself i prefer the 240v but each of us has different needs.
The power comes in 110v and is stepped up inside the electric box to 240v.

Only playing chaps, Simps looked at a job your friend John from Monocouche render supplies started and got the shove from this morning, all the render and pre rend has been delivered so I'll let you know what thats like but i think it's just parex bagged for him, the beads are shite though! Weak things with just the outside edge coloured. They had render delivered and the driver left it at the top of the driveway so they had to handball it to the property! That John bloke phoned and asked if he could loan some of it for another job and the fella naively said sure! They collected it and had some more droppped off two weeks later and the driver left it at the end of the driveway again. The blokes who started beading couldn't speak English and the Woman just said stop and go away, she didn't want them to practice rendering on her ouse!

i never work with 110v much spunk. i prefer to plug me ritmo straight in the wall or in a genny. I would say i use the Ritmo most of the time.

those site boxes get a bit overloaded at times everyones hanging a 3 way splitter in each hole so youd lose power if you had youre own transformer there would be no where to plug it in so i reckon youd end up getting a genny anyway for piece of mind

We have a new ritmo comming out soon its a ritmo L that runs off D pumps like the G4 and G5 and has a more powerful motor .... It will be for render and hardwall type products only not skimming.... This machine is target at the guys who want a small machine with more ltr's per min...... See PFT do listen to you guys....:RpS_thumbup:

i think the ritmo L as got a 4mm injector hole in it so you could get your very tiny cock in that if you want rich:rolleyes)

Will it still spray thin coats, is it going to still be 230v, will it come with q beater compressor as well as a motor sorry about questions mate

will spray all thincoat systems and it will have the same small compressor ... if your going to spray bucket coats you will always want a bigger compressor around 300 ltr per min for top coats

all he uses is pols and alike. He is one bloke i cant wait to meet up a dark ally one night steve. the longer it goes on the more damage i intend to do to him,

Sounds like he's struggling anyway Paul, I met a diesel fitter who did services on his putz pumps, three he had and he told me he had gone bust and of course it was everyone elses fault, he's getting his commupense every morning he opens those eyelids mate, let it go Paul, he's silly and we are winners. I should warn you i have been drinking skippy piss!

thats the best new i have heard, still might give him a call and ask how things are just to let him know im still thinking of him. What hurt him is he lost parex to encon which took all the buying power away from the t**t

if you deal with him il never speak to you again, not you will take any notice of what i say . told you about chilcot and you still sold him a machine. when he call next time give him my number and tell him im the buyer for you. i could have some right fun.
