Hi there any ritmo owners please help me I haven't had my ritmo l for that long but seem to be using a lot of different materials.
Every time I get a certain material to use I have either forgot the settings or have to work them out myself. I am waisting time doing this and also look a complete xxxx in front of all the people I've told how quick these machines are. I know not everyone has there gear the same but near enough is good. If you could let me know water settings, speed settings and cap size for these materials ill write them all down and never bother you again.
Pral m,hardwall,CPI gpr,monorex,rend aid,multi finish.
Thanks guys.

Set the speed you want to run before you start . Pral m, monorex speed 8/9 water should be higher than you need around 450 /500 get the gear coming through and adjust the water down till you get the consistency you want around 350 ish then and only then connect your hoses. Same process for any product only takes 1-2 mins. When you get your settings your happy with right them on the side of the machine in permanent marker till you get used to them.

Take your time to set it up right and it will run just fine ...rushing and trying to show off will only result in problem. I know lol

I think you will find every machine is different, as far as water settings, I'm not to sure why but this is what I was told on my training when I done mine.

in all fairness though even if you don't know the settings it should not take long to adjust to get the right mix, most of the things above will be set at speed 10 but you will need to figure out water settings, start wet and lower down to get right consistency, as far as multifinish is concerned I'm not too sure although I would guess the speed would need to be about 5/6 as I presume it's the same as thin coat basecoat and goes through a smaller nozzle on a different spraying gun.
