Ritmo and hardwall

Hi lads have only ever put mono though Ritmo with no problems but give hardwall a go and it was a mess wet one minute and ok the next and just wondering is this gonna be the same when I try ocr any advice welcome

What was your holding pressure on machine?
Not 100% but it needs 10-12 bar.

Not sure to be honest did the usual setting of water for mix then when pumping just started pumping water

ur rotor and stator was not up to the job. what type do you use

I got the machine 9 months old and have only done 4 jobs around 450 meters all mono and it's been a great piece of kit but I'm still learning I do know it's a clamped type thou

I take it you have at least pinched the clamp up?

It needs to be holding 15 bar. Use a maintenance free one for hardwall,less hassle

I have pinched the clamp up but again how far do you go with it
Will check if holding 15 bar next time out as was fine on mono
And think it's time to order new r/s

450 bags im lucky to get 250.

i had about 10 pallets of mono and 5 hardwall out of my last clampable one
i think the hardwall kills them quick and wetter is better on them

I got about 10 pallets maybe more out of my last r&s on the jet
