Ritmo airline woes

areet all, seem to have a blocked airline on the machine pipe and tried jetting water through it which hasnt worked. As soon as I connect to the machine the compressor cuts out.
Is there a better way of clearing this?

is it the gun or the 15 mt pipe blocked

Check the air hole on the gun. Mine has clogged up a few times.

Even with a clean hole at the start of the wall it can soon become blocked. Now i have another gun on standby!

when we had a pipe go solid on the screed pump we would lay the pipe out straight on a piece of concrete and run a lorry or digger along the pipe.

Its the airline itself,we connect it without the gun fitted and it cuts machine out. The mortar hose is fine lol.

the air hose has a 1 way valve at the end, when you plug it in the pipe will fill with air and activate the air pressure switch. push your round file down the opening at the end of the air pipe and you will open the 1 way valve
