Does it actually exist, the r.i.c.s say it does not , where then does this moisture come from, why does it appear to rise? I s chemical injection with or without merit. any views on this or Holland damp proofing where they use lots of air bricks?

I think it does, why else would builders fit a dpm into all new walls????

So when the water in the cavity from condensation, builds up and trickles down onto the tray it runs out the vents and not onto the floor below maybe its not rising but coming down hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm the mystery surounding this subject gives me tingles down my spine :)
