Repairing plaster before wallpapering - Need Advice

Hi everyone. Removed old wallpaper from under window sill and had lumps of plaster fall out ( see pictures below). Need advice figuring out if I can get away with using Easyfill 60 or is the job a bit more serious?

Take the radiator off the wall and all the loose dead plaster that needs removing and replace with new.
Look around for a local, well recommended plasterer and it’s an easy fix.

Thanks - Found a good local plasterer and he did what you said. Took off radiator and dead plaster and replastered.
