need some help rendering out side of house which is concrete built with a terlyn finnish want to over coat will normal p v a be and good for bonding need some advice

Welcome mate
Has it been painted also the tyrolean will be a key to render to. What kind of thickness have you got to play with.

ALLWAYS remove render if possible.if not coat with sbr and tyrolean again then 2 coat render.even then, the render your applying is only as good as the surface your going over.

Has any one actually read his post, it's a concrete sectional/cast property , there were quite a few thrown up in the 50's , we've done loads of em , jet wash down and prime then do what ever you want on em , but you do need that chemical bond

Yes chemical bond to substrate, or for 100% mechanical bond .clad building with stainless steel rib lathe.. However costing this out and offering to customer usully renders this option redundant ( excuse the pun ).
