Hiya, I've been asked to price on a rendering job, it a end of terrace victorian house so three sides need doing. I have been asked to include materials in my price but just struggling a bit to come up with a figure that seems fair. I'm off to Oz to live now in the next 2 months so just trying to take on a few biggish jobs before flying out.

Anyone got any advice

Thanks

:)

work out how many days it will take always round it up, i.e 2 and half = 3

your day rate x 3 = (i.e £200 x 3 = £600)

£600 + materials

bang bang bang simple as that!

pricing jobs aint complicated, set ya day rate and thats it :) :)

dont forget access...ali towers / youngmans /scaffold/whatever...
possible permit from council to block pavement....
waste / rubbish removal...
time spent organising all this...

yeah £600 + materials and any additional costs 8-)

as above but if you like if it's straight forward you could charge 25 per m supply and see if it works out better
sometimes id do private jobs and after ive finished and measured  it would've payed better at 5.50 per m supply  :(
