Rendering a caravan

Hi there I've just recently bought a caravan for the garden as a hobby room and wondering if it's possible to render the outside. I was thinking if I was to scratch the aluminium would there be a way for it to stick, any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

Screws battens to caravan from inside side then fix boards to battens and so on....
