Rendered garden wall

Hi guys just looking for a bit of advice. So I've built myself raised flower beds and rendered them using Weber OCR it's come out pretty well tbh considering I've never done this kind of work before.
The part im most concerned about is the top there are a few pitted bits in it and some cat prints and it isn't 100% flat, I'm worried water will pool on it and cause damage overtime. I would like to give it a skim over to flatten it off but some areas would be less than 1mm thick.
Is there a product or a way of doing this maybe grinding back some render to allow a thicker application?

Thanks for reading:)
