Hi people hope your all well
I’m about to build a bespoke bbq with White render finish is there anything I need to know about it as it’s going to be getting hot and I don’t want it to crack or any other suggestions I need to consider whilst building this bespoke barbecue many thanks Jimmy

Just make sure that you cook the meat well.

Always have 2 sets of utensils when doing a bbq 1 set for the meat when it's raw and a second set for when its cooked stops cross contamination and keep the lid down as long as possible gives it that extra smokey flavour
