render price loads of pillars £per metre ?

Hi lads just after another view on pricing a job its for the top of a shop its about 15 metres long by about 1 metre high with about 6 pillars in that finish at 0.5m high so bead and render the top too, the reason i ask as their is a quite a lot of bead setting up and getting the pillars symetrical as their not the best, just any ideas on whether you would charge day rate or what you would charge a metre. what your normal mtr charge for smooth render out of interest ?

The company want a price per meter but the beading amount is ridiculous, would you take this into consideration when working mtr price out.

You should be working off a linear price for beads

the standard method of measurement for a linear M is a third of your M2 rate there abouts.

i bet they want a metre price.
i would work out a block price and keep it high, there will not be to much competition on this job. and tell them to like it or lump it.

The job is so small, I would as said work out the labour element add the mterials,your margin and submit the price. If they want a metre rate then just pro rata it from your final block price.

i would charge x per liner meter for your beads and x amount for under 300... if each face and sides of pillars are under 300 then do it that way
