Render finish looking horrible in the sun only

So my plasterer finish looks like in the photo. To be fair when not sunny you can't see it . But when sunny it looks bad. He said that's what renders look now in the sun haha. My question is this normal ?

It's shite the bead looks exposed along the window reveal and looks like your sill is covered in product
 
did you do it your self and was really excited when you finished late at night, woke up following morning really excited again and looked at it in the sunlight and thought s**t, that looks s**t???

looks about normal for on here to be fair.
 
It looks like you haven’t used a straight edge speed skim or Darby that would help & then go over with a float to take out the high point & fill the hollows as you go rendering take time & patience the sun is never a friend to any form of rendering
