Render board over pebble dash

Hey,

Just moved into a bungalow which has a sand & cement plaster over old pebbledash. The plaster job looks awful and is fairly bumpy. We got downlights put in the soffit and at night the bad plastering really stands out.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to get a new smooth finish on the front of the house. I was looking at the 20mm external insulation but not sure I want that foamy exterior that can be dented/damaged easily.

If I were the remove the current plaster and maybe apply a render board to the pebbledash? Is there anything out there that could help.

Thanks!

Knock loose off jet wash rendagrip the lot scratch on with silver sand bed mesh in another tight coat n top the cnt off!
