How come it says flex trowel on the packaging?

Another plaster just been round and he reckons you could pit on with it. Not sure bout render . Its bit like a nice broken in carbon xtra light

Are they refina . Only other flex steel trowel I.ve had is medi and it doesn't seem as flex as that .
