Red carlite tearing and s**t finish

I recently was using red carlite finish and when it gets time to flatten in it slides and tears never done this before and I can’t figure out what’s causing it when it’s finished it’s nice and flat but when u shine a light on it it looks pitted. I tried doing different timings didn’t seem to help thought it could be the plasterboard but it does the same on reveals which were existing plaster. I also don’t think it’s temperature as the house is probably around 10 degrees any suggestions would be appreciated.

No it’s an Irish product it’s a grey colour the bags red

No it’s an Irish product it’s a grey colour the bags red

Where did u come across that I know they sell it but its normally skim coat everyone uses never even seen it stocked anywhere

Irish Carlite plaster is not the same product that was used in UK.

All builders stock it over here used. the blue stuff today and its a hundred percent

I’m at it 35 years Clare limerick Galway and sometimes Dublin I supply all materials never seen it in a builders providers ,where u based
