I used smig,,,,thought it was good then it blew off in cold temperature.avoid

Wasn't there a chap on here last year saying he was going to supply adhesive, joint filler and finish to b and q at much cheaper prices. I think he offered to send out some samples.

One of the important things about fillers is do they adhere to painted surfaces,cant see it in its spec.
Too many don't and shatter once sanded.

Building specs will need to adapt if its used,,,,,i do read it works with no scrim only on square joints.

Adheres to wood that is good .

No I don’t, I wouldn’t use it or trust it.

I like to leave jobs knowing I’ll only be called back to carry out further work and not to correct faults.

Expensive though.

Anyone use anything else that bonds to paint and sands well.

They use Toupret and dunlop fillers which have a lot of choice.
