This is 6 months ago windows etc have bee replaced and brickwork pointed just wanted some advice
on one coat render i did 1years course at college full time so have experience
i've rendered many walls just not with one coat you are too quick to judge.

It needed it there were a lot of spalling bricks as well being to softer brick/seconds.
