Re-skimming of walls and ceilings to 3 bed house in Birmingham

I am looking for an experienced plasterer to skim all walls and ceilings for a house in Birmingham. The house has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway up and down and 3 reception rooms.
Also need plasterer to plaster board and skim single brick construction at another house in Birmingham which has pitched roof and will need boards and skim to ceiling and all walls - room size is approx 5m x 3m.
