Anyone ever used insulated boards on ceiling over boarding top floor to loft?

Anyone ever used insulated boards on ceiling over boarding top floor to loft?

Not quite sure what you mean?? I’ve used them in loft conversions.

Thought over boarding ceiling with 25 mm insulated boards might be a bonus?

If theres no insulation beneath window wouldnt it be better there

Personally I wouldn't bother with 25mm insulation. Either put a decent amount on or don't bother.

Usually on raked ceilings/hip roof and bathroom walls. As much as possible depending on room dimensions. Obviously other rooms as well.
